Time for another snapshot, focusing on Lufthansa 924 between Frankfurt and London Heathrow.

Boarding was via the B Gates in the Non-Schengen gate area. security was conducted into the area.
No passport control was carried out, as I was coming in from the USA on a Non-Schengen flight.
Boarding was from B47. Passport and document checks were carried out pre-departure.
A final boarding pass check was carried out at the gate to allow boarding
None due to ticket restriction. although there was a ministop that served an awful currywurst.

Another new plane for me – an Airbus A320neo.
The seat is Lufthansa’s NEK Seat, developed By Recaro seating.
In-flight entertainment and Connectivity
None. Lufthansa’s FlyNet (with Inmarsat Global Express and European Aviation Network) was not present or active on this plane.
Unless you count advertising marketers sharing their numbers and stats in the seat as IFE because they can’t invest in a privacy screen (protip: invest in a privacy screen).
Food and Beverages
Lufthansa short-haul offer drinks and snacks free of charge on their short-haul operations.
Arrival at Heathrow was delayed by 30 minutes due to a late pushback at Frankfurt.
In a word: amazing.
