Check-in was competed online, with a paper boarding pass generated. No bags were checked through.
Security was handled quickly and efficiently, with minimal queues
For perceived convenience, the Galleries South lounge was used.
Boarding was from Gate A3. Boarding was by groups.
It’s an Airbus A319 running in the usual EuroBusiness/EuroTraveller configuration.
The seat continues to be the Collins Aerospace (B/E Aerospace) Pinnacle Seat that is deployed on the British Airways short-haul fleet
Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity
No Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity was offered in flight apart from the map and the safety video
Food and Drink
A lunch service was offered, with a choice of ploughman’s salad or a warm quiche.
The service landed at Hamburg airport on time, with the plane docking at the Non-Schengen section of the airport.
