The Airbus A320neo family is opening new doors, with Jazeera Airways planing to launch a Kuwait to London Gatwick service.
The airline will fly a great circle distance of 2,893 nautical miles between the two cities.
Services start on the 27th October 2019, and are available to book as of today.
The service is currently scheduled to operate daily, with two rows of business class seats, a premium economy offering and a normal economy offering. Onboard In-flight entertainment is powered by BlueBox WOW Streaming IFE solution
The Kuwait-London pair is currently contested by Kuwait airways and British Airways who both operate to London Heathrow (with of course a lot of one-stop options in between). However, it is a new challenge, which opens up a lot of one stop options in the region for those who are happy to cut a cost here and there.
And more importantly, it shows the way to other low-cost carriers the way if they want to look at operating services to Europe from the Middle East.
