It’s Sunday again (somewhere in the world), so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a Turkish Airlines Boeing 777-300ER resting at a rather wet Singapore Changi Airport after completing the 11-hour hop from Istanbul Airport.
Turkish Airlines operates 36 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in its widebody fleet. The airline also operates Airbus A330-200, Airbus A330-300, Airbus A350-900 and Boeing 787-9 in its widebody operation.
These aircraft help link Istanbul to the world via Turkish Airlines’ vast network.
This aircraft is TC-JJG, named Yıldız. It joined the Turkish Airlines fleet in November 2010, making it just over 15 years old. It is very much active in the fleet operating from its home of Istanbul Airport to Izmir, Bangkok, Phnom Penh, Los Angeles, Singapore and Beijing.
More Airplane Art next week!
