It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art
This week, we have a SWISS International Air Lines Boeing 777-300ER on final approach to Chicago O’Hare International Airport, as it completes the transatlantic journey from Zurich.
SWISS operates a fleet of 12 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in its long-haul operation. The airline also operates the Airbus A330-300, Airbus A340-300 and Airbus A350-900 in its long-haul flights.
These aircraft connect Zurich and Switzerland to destinations across the world.
The aircraft in this picture is HB-JNF. It initially joined the SWISS subsidiary SWISS Global Airlines in July 2016. It was re-registered against SWISS International Air Lines in April 2018, where it has remained since. In the past few days, it has operated from its base at Zurich Airport to San Francisco, Miami, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and Sao Paulo.
More Airplane Art next week!
