It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a Thai Airways Airbus A350-900 resting at Oslo Gardermoen Airport as it is prepared for the return journey to Bangkok.
Thai Airways operates a fleet of 22 Airbus A350-900 aircraft in its widebody fleet. It also operates the Airbus A330-300, Boeing 777-200ER, Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 787-8 and Boeing 787-9 in the airline’s widebody operation.
Together, these aircraft link destinations from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to points across the globe.
The aircraft shown is HS-THK. Like most Thai Airways aircraft, it is named, with this one called Phaisali. It joined the Thai Airways fleet in February 2018, making it just over eight years old at the time of writing.
In recent days, it has operated from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi on regional and long-haul routes to Guangzhou, Stockholm-Arlanda, Seoul-Incheon, Melbourne, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
More Airplane Art next week!
