It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have an Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 787-9 at Oslo Airport as it awaits its return journey to Addis Ababa.
Ethiopian Airlines operates a fleet of nine Boeing 787-9 aircraft in its widebody fleet. The airline also operates Airbus A350-900, Airbus A350-1000, Boeing 767-300ER, Boeing 777-200LR, Boeing 777-300ER and Boeing 787-8 in its widebody fleet.
This aircraft is registered as ET-AUQ. It was first flown by the airline in June 2018, making it just under eight years old at the time of writing. It is active within the fleet, operating out of Addis Ababa to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Luanda, Delhi, Mombasa, Porto, Madrid, Douala, Malabo, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Kano and Stockholm.
