It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
Today, we have a Korean Air Boeing 777-300ER in the company’s new house colours as it is on final approach to Chicago O’Hare International Airport.
Korean Air operates a fleet of 28 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in its widebody fleet. The airline also operates the Airbus A350-900, Airbus A380, Boeing 747-8I, Boeing 777F, Boeing 787-8, B0einh 787-9 and Boeing 787-10 in its widebody operation.
Together, these aircraft connect Seoul and South Korea to the world.
The aircraft in this week’s post is HL7782. It joined the Korean Air fleet in May 2009, with it remaining in the fleet for its operational existence. In recent days, it has operated out of its home of Seoul-Incheon to Ho Chi Minh City, Chicago O’Hare and Manila, operating both regional and long-haul routes.
More Airplane Art next week!
