Well the news is slowly propagating through the Boarding Area blogs (and I’ve sort of known for a few days), but I can now confirm the one of the winners of the “Win a Seat with Randy Petersen” on Star MegaDO 4.

I asked what was your most interesting seatmate. Simple enough question – to which I had 154 responses.

I was lazy and got my co-worker to run random.org and officiate the draw for me at my end  this is what came out.

And according to the entries and the joy of Random.org,  Jeanne M story came out – and is shown below:

I was surrounded by Japanese tourists who spoke no English. They initially wanted me to give up my window seat for a middle seat, but it was a 5 hour flight so I politely declined. I spent the flight communicating in sign language as there was severe turbulance and they kept getting out of thier seats and wandering in the galley. There were numerous drink mishaps etc. It was an interesting flight.

Once that was done, I forwarded the entry to the powers that be – and I thought that was it.

Well, the draw has been made, the winners contacted – and the winners confirmed.
