The fight for regional to capital traffic turned up a notch today, with FlyBe returning to the London City Airport, in the Docklands are of London.

FlyBe are taking over routes that were previously operated by British Airways to Aberdeen, as well as services direct services to Amsterdam, Belfast City, Dublin, Exeter, Glasgow and Inverness.
Flybe will use their Bombardier Dash8-Q400 aircraft, configured in a 78 all economy layout.
Those of you who choose to go aboard FlyBe will also be able to earn Avios on the fare element of the ticket (sadly, no Avios on the tax element of the fare).
Hopefully, FlyBe can provide some competition against British Airways and CityJet.
What’s the experience like though?
