Qantas is good at pulling heartstrings in its adverts… and this one is no different with their new advert called “Feel like Home”, with Australians flocking home… ideally on a the red-tailed Kangaroo.

It’s a nice advert, with some lovely vocals, the sense people are waiting for you at the other side. It also features lounges, their business class seats, and unaccompanied minor services. Oh, and Airbus A380s too.
It’s the sort of advertising Qantas does best – pulling heartstrings. Hopefully they can pull a few more fares and profits in too at the same time.

So, is this any different to previous Qantas adverts? Well yes, they’ve put people into the stories, as opposed to having people sing that Australia is home (but yes, still pulling the heartstrings – a constant in Qantas advertising…).
However, as I said above, it’ll be all in the numbers. Hopefully the new campaign will add more high yield passengers aboard their services…
