It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, lining up on the runway for take off at Madrid Barajas Airport is an Iberia Airbus A340-600 on a sunny spring morning.
The Airbus A340-600 – sometimes know as the long plane is the longest version of the Airbus A340 family.
Iberia operates a fleet of 17 Airbus A340-600 fleets, operating on their long haul services from the Madrid hub as part of their “All Airbus” operation within Iberia mainline services.
Iberia also operates the smaller A340-300 varient in their fleet too – although these are meant to be replaced with Airbus A330-200s in the near future.
More Airplane art next week!

Curious, what is with airplane art? I mean its not like any of us have never seen an airplane. Can you make this segment of yours more creative and fun?
