It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week we have an American Airlines Boeing 777-300ER taking off from Heathrow Airport on a rather wet runway – making for this rather nice photo.
American Airlines were also the first US operator of the Boeing 777-300ER, adding to their collection of Boeing 777-200ERs. These are used in the American Airlines long haul fleet – connecting the USA to the world from its hubs dotted across the country.
These are operated in a three-class configuration (First, Business and Main Cabin (along with Main Cabin Extra space seats).
These planes are due to be refitted with Premium Economy seating in the future, bringing a four-class layout to the planes.
More Airplane art next week!
