And the answer to that is very, very simple.
Yes.
Whilst it’s a chilled box service, there are a number of items in it:
- Yoghurt
- Apple and Cinnamon topper
- Apple and Berry snack bag
- Granola to go on the yoghurt (or as a nibbly snack)
Let’s compare that with a certain British Airline, whose idea of a breakfast service is…
A muffin.
As BA continues “to fly, to cut back”, American Airlines is improving its product – to a point where if someone was to ask me which to choose across the pond – Anyone But British Airways.
And as a BA frequent flyer – well… that says a lot.

Either way. It’s a sad day. That’s a crap breakfast. Warm food would be nice

I was served that breakfast box recently and did not eat any of it. While the presentation was nice and easy fior the FAs to manage, I don’t want a cold muffin top. Nor do I want a medley of fruit in my flavored yogurt. I would have loved it if it had been plain or vanilla yogurt.

Was served one of these last week. It’s a sugar bomb.

That’s a seriously “carby” breakfast. Do they offer a diabetic meal? (I’m guessing not.)
