El-Al are offering a status match with BMI for those abandoned after the BMI LHR-TLV service was terminated
- For Blue+, there is an upgrade to Gold. 800 points to retain within 6 months, and you’ll get gold for another year
- For Silver and Golds, you’ll be matched to Platinum, requiring 2000 points to retain status within 6 months, and you’ll get Platinum for another year
To qualify, you’ll need a your BMI membership details, and a statement that must include two flights to/from TLV within 12 months with BMI or any Start Alliance partner
