Jet2 has been a busy little thing, beavering away and carving out it’s own little LCC niche whilst fighting off the big boys. Today, it announced some of the fruits of its labours with the launch of a new base at Glasgow airport serving:

- Dalaman
- Faro
- Majorca
- Nice
- Paphos
- Sharm el She
- Tunisia
from March 2011.. This replaces a lot of the “lost” capactiy when Globespan fell earlier last year.
It’s good to see new routes – lets hope people come out and use them.
