BA: Unite vs BA… How many Union reps does it take to organise a strike ballot correctly?

And no, I don't know either as Unite's team can't seem to organise a ballot either. To the point where British Airways has gone to court to get the strike deemed as illegal.... and it's to the point where Unite is having to re-ballot it's members after what Unite calls "legal blitz" by the airline.
