Japan Earthquake/Tsunami

11/03/2011 by Kevincm

As you’re aware by now, there’s been one hell of a quake that’s hit 80 miles out from Japan (250 miles from Tokyo), and is having devestating shocks and aftershocks

  • British Airways have cancelled it’s flights to Tokyo Narita and Tokyo Haneda
  • Virgin Atlantic have also cancelled it’s flight into Tokyo Narita
  • Tokyo Nartia itself is currently shut, whilst Haneda has reopened.

As the situation is in flux, you are strongly advised to check before you travel today – and if you’re over in the Far East/Pacific/Pacific Basin area, take care and stay alert to warnings.
