NOTE THIS IS NOT A REAL LETTER – BUT LETS PLAY KIDS EH?

“Dear Mr Kevincm

Whilst the safety of everyone who passes through our airports is important, as part of the duties, we have to screen all luggage.

Occasionally we open baggage to inspect them. However our agents seem to only know how to open luggage and seemingly not know HOW to put it back without breaking zips and resorting to security tape to seal a bag.

As our web site is so poorly documented, we cannot provide a decent link for you to make a claim for the damages ensued.

We might apologise to you if we actually gave a stuff what you thought.

Signed.
Director, Chicago TSA.”

Now Director of the Chicago TSA, How about having the balls to email me at blog@ghettoife.com or kevincm@gmail.com and apologise for what can be described as a complete and utter mess as well as the list of links where I can file formal complaints with you?
