Royal Jordan airlines has announced that it will get the first of it’s 11 Boeing 787’s beginning in 2014.
They will be receiving the first three aircraft in 2014, and the following eight aircraft between 2016 and 2017 – representing a small blow to the company who were expecting the first of these aircraft to come on-stream in 2013.
Again, with the ongoing delays to the 787, it’s now showing in carriers who are having to keep ageing equipment flying, refurbished or hire equipment in the interim.
Whilst it remains good news for Boeing who is selling the aircraft, all eyes are turning to Aircraft 23 and it rolling off the production line and into the sky, as well as the aircraft that are long overdue for ANA….
