IPS: Site removed, head to the Home Office site now.

19/05/2011 by Kevincm

It seems in the vain attempt to save money, the UK Identity and Passport Service has now rolled into the Home Office.

So instead of the instantly forgettable http://ips.gov.uk/, you now have to head over to the Home Office Web Sites – for the IPS Service – http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/agencies-public-bodies/ips/ and for those who need passports – http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/passports-and-immigration/.

Well it’s interesting watching them try to save money… I suppose.
