TT: Tiger Airways Australia – Court appearance set for 22/07

11/07/2011 by Kevincm

Tiger Airways Australia’s case for an extended grounded by the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) will be heard on 22nd July.

Subject to the result of the hearing will determine if Tiger Australia remains grounded, or actually flies. If the hearing goes against Tiger Australia, they grounded till at least the 1st August.

Tiger Australia has said it is optimistic that it will resume services.

Tiger Airways Singapore continues to fly at this time.

However with the cash it’s now bleeding per day and keeping 10 A320’s on the ground with the staff… can it survive in it’s current form?
