BA are off to Nice. How very.. Nice.

21/10/2011 by Kevincm

British Airways have confirmed they are commencing a London Gatwick to Nice route.

Operating from 25th March 2012, the schedule is currently booked for the following:

Outbound

DEPART LGW 07:40 13:05 19:20
ARRIVE NCE 10:40 1605 22:20

Inbound

DEPART  NCE 07:05 11:25 16:50
ARRIVE  LGW 08:05 12:25 17:50

Operates Daily from 25/03/2012. No booked equipment as yet – Expect a 737-400 if it’s LGW.

British Airways seems to like Nice, with services operated from Heathrow and London City airport too.

This is in many respects a screw turner of a route – both on EasyJet who operate to Nice from Gatwick, but also to British Midland Interational who operate a frequency from London Heathrow.

How this makes life worse for BMI… well, we’ll see.
