One of my favourite carriers down the back of the plane – Air Canada – has announced that it is to be boosting its frequencies between Toronto Person International and London Heathrow, starting 2nd June 2012.
This will take the service to five-times daily between London and Toronto for the summer season.
Air Canada will be running the following (based on data from ExpertFlyer)
London Heathrow to Toronto Pearson from 02/06/2012

Currently, Air Canada operates four services a day from Toronto to London. Depatures from LHR are at 0900, 1200, 1500 and 1800 respectively.
This throws at least another 250 seats a day between London and Toronto – an expansion indeed.
Todd says
Great, now Aeroplan has even more opportunity to fleece us on the fuel surcharges. You generally want to avoid LHR at all costs (pun intended) due to the incredibly high cost of flying into and out of it, even more when flying on AC metal.
