British Airways launch a new Ad Campaign.. and I like it…

13/02/2012 by Kevincm

Well, here’s the new advert from British Airways in the run-up to London 2012, telling the stories of 5 bags and who gets to the luggage collection belt first.

Now if we can put aside the luggage issues that Heathrow T5 suffered on opening (and lets hope they don’t suffer the same), it’s not a bad advert, with the sentimental build-up for the London 2012 Olympics – least of all, it covers not just the premium cabins (infact the cabin with the kid in it is in World Traveller).

And like any good advert these days, there’s a making of. And it would be rude not to show that…

Now that’s all well, fluffy and good – but for those of us who remember the very dark days of T5 opening and the luggage disaster however, there is an advert that sums up those days and what was really happening to the luggage during those days… 😉
