Airplane Art – United Boeing 757 – with Winglets!

19/02/2012 by Kevincm

Well it’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.

This week, it’s a United Airlines 757 in classic blues colours with winglets taxing into San Francisco International after completing a service from New York-JFK.

From next week there should be a lot more interesting stuff… And that leads me into a new post shortly 😉

What did we ever do before winglets… That are a thing of beauty. Not only from a visual, but also from a physics perspective. Thanks for the picture, much appreciated!

Glad you like. Winglets are rather cute. And whilst they weigh a fair bit, they do cut down on fuel.

Pam Ann would approve of aircraft. With winglets 😉
