China Southern Airlines will be accelerating their international expansion planes, with the announcement they will operate one of their A380 fleet on the Guangzhou – Los Angeles route from 12th October 2012.
The timings are below;
CZ327 DEPART CAN 21:00 ARRIVE LAX 18:50 CZ328 DEPART LAX 23:30 ARRIVE CAN 05:50 +2 Operates Daily. Booked Equipment: Airbus A380 Commences with new equipment: 12/10/2012
The current CAN-LAX service will continue with a Boeing 777-200ER until the switch-over, with a massive increase in seats avalible when the service switches to an A380.
China Southern ordered five Airbus A380’s – the first three are already in service, whilst the fourth aircraft is due to arrive during the fourth quarter of 2012.
This is the first international expansion of the A380 services for China Southern, with the following routes operating
- Beijing- Guangzhou
- Bekking -Hong Kong.
So another nice trunk route is made as the WhaleJet continues to open up more seats on routes – never a bad thing if the price goes down…

Do you have a review?

Sadly not. I missed China Southern on my last Asia trip as I was enjoying the high life on Star Alliance airlines.
