Etihad is to launch a service to Amsterdam in May, with KLM codesharing on day one on the route.
The route will be operated as such:
EY077 DEPART AUH 09:30 ARRIVE AMS 13:40 EY078 DEPART AMS 22:00 ARRIVE AUH 06:35+1 Booked Equipment: Airbus A330-200 Commences: 15th May 2013 Operates: Daily
Etihad’s code already exists on the current KLM service to Abu Dhabi as well. The KLM Amsterdam to Abu Dhabi route currently operates 5 times a week, with an increase to daily operation in the summer timetable.
The A330-200 is configured in with 22 Business Class (Pearl Class) seats, and 240 Economy (Coral Class) seats.
Meanwhile, to boost sharing KLM will apply its code onto the following services Etihad services from Abu Dhabi according to the release at Etihad.com:

- Basra
- Calicut
- Cochin
- Dhaka
- Erbil
- Hyderabad
- Kathmandu
- Chennai
- Male
- Peshawar
- Seychelles
- Trivandrum

This appears to be part of the great tie-up that Air France-KLM and Eithad group announced in October, with both airline groups tightening relations.
