It’s incredible they were so civilized towards the passengers although they were angry about missing their flight.
In North America I’d guess the upset passenger would have been tased very quickly after grabbing the keyboard…
Saw a guy flip out just like that at JFK after missing his Vegas flight because he was at Burger King.
