Priority boarding does have its pluses – normally as a first grab for the overhead bins, or the first bus if you’re stuck at Gate A10 at Heathrow.
In the past, this was extended to First, Club World, Club Europe, BA Executive Club Gold and Silver Members, and OneWorld Elites.
Now, BA Executive Club Bronze members and Oneworld Ruby (the lowest tier in the Oneworld elite membership) will be eligible for Priority boarding after First, Club World and Club Europe.
As well as priority boarding, Bronze members can:
– Use Club World/Club Europe Check-in desks
– Reserve seats on BA Flights Free of Charge 7 days before departure
This is a nice beanie for those occasional flyers who want to take advantage of their status. The only downside is that elite queue to board… is going to get longer….

Pretty disappointing if you’re Silver or Gold

– why? –
as you said: “will be eligible for Priority boarding after First, Club World and Club Europe.”
so… no problem for the precious metals…
