Qatar Airways to send 787s to Delhi and Bangalore

Qatar Airways will be operating Boeing 787s on certain rotations to India on a daily basis from 1st September 2013.

They will serve Doha to Delhi, and Doha to Bangalore.

The timetable looks like this

Doha  Delhi

QR232 DEPART DOH 21:00 ARRIVE DEL 03:25+1
QR233 DEPART DEL 04:50 ARRIVE DOH 06:30

Operates Daily
Booked Equipment: Boeing 787-8

Doha  Bangalore


QR226 DEPART DOH 20:20 ARRIVE BLR 03:10+1
QR227 DEPART BLR 04:40 ARRIVE DOH 06:25

Operates Daily
Booked Equipment: Boeing 787-8

Both routes commence with 787 equipment from the 1st September 2013

For those connecting to and from India, these represent a great upgrade, and reasonable timings to connect with the rest of Qatar Airways network.
