Aeromexico has been tweaking its upcoming Boeing 787 long haul operations from Mexico City.
Both services to Paris-CDG and New York-JFK have had changes made to their operation timetables
Mexico City to Paris CDG
This route has been delayed into entry for a third time. Originally the service was commence on the 14th October. This has been put back to the 21st October, then the 24th October.
The new date of commencement is now 4th November 2013
Once the service is commenced, it will operate a daily flight to Paris, allowing for late/evening connections to Europe and early morning connections to the Americas.

Mexico City – New York-JFK
The Airline has switched the flights of its planned 787 operation to Mexico City, with flight pair AM408/409 operating 787 services instead of AM402/403. The switched service will only operate 5 days a week with a 787, whilst for the remaining 2 days the flight will operate with a 767-200.
The revised timetable looks like this:
AM408 DEPART MEX 07:30 ARRIVE JFK 13:00 AM409 DEPART JFK 15:00 ARRIVE MEX 19:15 Commences 9th November Operates Daily Boeing 787 operates Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday Boeing 767 operates Tuesday and Saturday. Flight AM409 Arrives at MEX 5 minutes later with 767 Equipment.
For those who are new plane hunters, the usual note goes in that equipment can change… so don’t be disappointed if a 767 shows up when you’re expecting a shiny new 787…
