Etihad continue to expand their own services, with their long haul network extra frequency between Abu Dhabi and New York-JFK, with the airline to add a second service a day between the two cities:

Etihad operate a three-class equipment on this route, configured as:
- 8 Diamond first class seats
- 40 Pearl Business Class Seats
- 282 Coral standard seats
It’s another option, that opens up interesting connections to Asia and beyond from New York.

Etihad operates 3-cabin aircraft on this route. Their existing service has been 3 cabin (I’ve flown it) and it appears the new service will be as well… or at least they are publishing F inventory through GDSs for it.
Odd. I could only see economy and business class earlier…
I think this flight will be operated by Jet Airways ( Etihad’s strategic partner) from 1st May.
