It seems that British Airways will be adding another destination served with an Airbus A380 – the next one being Singapore.

The airline will operate the double-decked whalejet three times a week on BA11/BA12 between London and Singapore based on the following timetable below:

According to Airineroute, BA plane to operate BA11/12 on a daily basis from 9th February 2015.

In addition:

  • London Heathrow to Los Angeles operation to 12 time a week operated with an Airbus A380 (with two flights a week operated by a Boeing 777-300ER) from 26th October 2014
  • London Heathrow to Washington-Dulles International operations will switch from a Boeing 747-400 to an A380 for the winter season, operating daily instead of the planned four times a week service.

British Airways have a fleet of 12 Airbus A380s coming into service, with four of the cadre currently in operating.

And yes, I’ve flown aboard (and missed a flight) with the BA A380s. I have an in-depth review  with a Club Europe service.
