The Kubler Ross Curve… And Delta Skymiles

Preface: yes – I’m going through reorganisation hell at the moment… I saw this and thought of all the Delta flyers out there…

Change is one of those things that we can come to hate.

Delta’s recent changes have left a lot of people angry or with rage… And thus we’re at the stages of change.

Or this lovely diagram:

Alas.. When change comes to a frequent flyer programme, we’re all in the first three stages of this process, and only when the change is done do we go through the rest of the curve – or exit from it.

Change is tough, isn’t it?
