If you’re buying Semi-Flexible Tickets, you’ll need to get you booking in by 23rd May 2014. Full Flexible tickets have until 25 July 2014.  Travel outbound must be completed before 31 August 2014 and return before 7 September 2014 to qualify.

Seats are limited, and the upgrade is subject to capacity.

As noted above, tickets must be semi-flex or flexible, with tickets coded in the R ticket class restricted, with the following routes where R class purchases will not gain your upgrade :

London Heathrow (LHR) and flying  to Las Vegas (LAS), Miami (MIA), Denver (DEN), Nassau (NAS), Grand Cayman (GCM) , Providenciales (PLS), Bangkok (BKK), Singapore (SIN) and Sydney (SYD); and flights departing from London Gatwick (LGW) and flying to Barbados (BGI), Grenada (GND), St. Lucia (SLU), Port of Spain (POS), Antigua (ANU), St. Kitts (SKB), Tobago (TAB), Punta Cana (PUJ), Kingston (KIN), Orlando (ORL), Tampa (TPA), Cancun (CUN), Las Vegas (LAS), Male (MLE) and Mauritius (MRU). Customers should also note that the following routes are excluded from this offer in whole: flights departing from LHR to Phoenix (PHX) and flights departing from LHR to Tokyo (both Narita International Airport (NRT) and Haneda International Airport (HND)).

American Airlines are also offering a similar offer

Also (with both airlines), you will need to use a travel agent or phone the airlines to take advantage of the offer.

If you’re buying the more expensive business class tickets (or your company is), these could offer some real value for the person travelling (especially if you consider using First Class on the way out to enjoy the service, and using Business/Club World on the way back for sleeping).

For those who budgets are tighter, you may want to look at the more resricted tickets if they meet your requirements…
