It’s the Soccer-ball World cup and I couldn’t be more excited about it*, with four weeks of ball to ball action**.
Etihad seem to be excited about it, as they will be streaming all 64 matches live to their long haul planes.

IMG media will be doing the heavy lift, with the World Cup broadcast onboard the plane using Etihad’s E-Box In-Flight Entertainment System (powered by Panasonic eX2 devices) on wide bodied aircraft operated services.
E-Box IFE is installed aboard all travel classes, so for those football fans stuck in the sky when a match is on you can’t miss it.
For those who enjoy football, it’s a chance to continue to be connected to the happenings of one of the biggest tournaments in the world.
Thankfully, the E-Box system has other IFE and video options too for those who are not football obsessed.
* = That might be a lie. ** = Four Weeks of Football. Oh heck.
