Good news for those who transit through Amsterdam Schipol Airport, with the airport to offer Free Wifi at all times.
Free Wifi at Amsterdam Schipol – via Twitter
Originally, you could connect to the Amsterdam Airport wireless network free of charge an hour (which is still advertised on the airport pages), but it seems that the need to be connected is one that Amsterdam Schiphol recognises.
Free Wifi will be available through the entire terminal complex at Amsterdam Schiphol, connecting to the Schiphol Airport_WiFi.
And as it says on the tin, its free.
Whilst you could probably expect the WiFi to be a bit slow, it will provide connectivity – which at the end of a long flight, or when you’re about to set off can provide that last useful moment to download some documentation, or send that selfie, tweet or something to show the world that you’re going off on an adventure, or returning safely from one.
