It seems there’s a mini rash of business class airfare sales at the moment to fill the empty seats that are in planes over the Christmas and New Year period.
KLM sees this as a chance to get you away from your turkey and family with fares starting from £999
The following destinations are on offer for those who have a little time whilst avoiding friends and family:

- Chengdu
- Dammam
- Dubai
- Hangzhou
- Johannesburg
- Kuwait
- Lagos
- Rio de Janeiro
- Sao Paulo
- Shanghai
- Tokyo
- Xiamen
There are a fair amount of restrictions on these tickets. Namely:
- Prices are a departure from London
- Book by 8th December 2014 (Monday)
- Travel between 21/12/14 until 03/01/15
- Credit card surcharges apply.
- Subject to availability

If you’ve got nothing to do at Christmas, and want to get away from the UK and it’s version of a cold damp Christmas holiday, this offers some reasonable value for money.

I did a quick search to Tokyo Haneda…these fares are good on AF too, and if you choose flights wisely you can try out AF’s new business class. I’m really tempted to give it a go, but I would have position myself from LAX to LHR…lol.
