The airline of Hello Kitty is to add a new US Destination, with the city of Houston to gain a service between Taipei Taoyuan and Houston Intercontinental from June 2015.

The flight will operate 3 a week initially, before going four times a week from 7th July.
The initial timetable looks like this:

This will be EVA Air’s fifth destination in the United States of America using their Boeing 777-300ER equipment. For EVA Air, it’s another step in the USA – and an interesting port at that.
There’s going to be more than enough Star Alliance traffic from United Airlines supplying US domestic flights, and not much competition – with international partners ANA, United, Singapore Airlines (via Moscow) and Air China. Korean Air also has a service to Asia too.
A strong service, with enough of commitment to increase the service further if the demand needs it. It’ll be interesting to see if this service works.
