All Nippon Airlines is to improve its offering to its economy class passengers, with an offering to double the luggage allowance offered on such a ticket on international routes.

For tickets booked on or after 8th January 2015 tickets, ticketed into Economy Class or Premium Economy you’ll be allowed to take two bags up to 23kg each instead of one according to this wonderfully simple graphic from ANA.
With good news, there’s always a bit of bad, and as a result, 3rd bag charges and overweight baggage charges do go up a bit:
For those who travel and bring back gifts or items – extra baggage allowances are always welcome. In fact, this is a rare case of a carrier actually bumping up the luggage allowance, rather than cutting it.
Business and First class luggage allowances remain as is.

They used to allow 2 bags in economy and then cut down to 1 following United. I wonder if United will up the baggage allowance to 2 again for economy class between US and Asia.
