For those of you who want to head off to Asia, a good option to consider would be Finnair who are running a sale to Asia in their Business class cabin.
Finnair Airbus A330 – Image Economy Class and Beyond
Asia is on sale with the following fares up for grabs:
- Bangkok £1,499
- Chongqing £1,199
- Delhi £1,299
- Hong Kong £1,799
- Krabi £1,299
- Phuket £1,299
- Seoul £1,499
- Tokyo £1,999
- Xi’an £1,199
These are the starting price numbers – and they can go up. The highlights in here are Xi’an and Chongging which come in at a very low £1,199 return (and combined with a 72 hour Visa, could be a cheap jump to Hong Kong or other parts of Asia).
For those of you with slightly tighter wallets, there is a sale in Economy class too:
- Bangkok £449
- Beijing £439
- Chongqing £419
- Delhi £449
- Hong Kong £529
- Nagoya £555
- Osaka £555
- Seoul £479
- Shanghai £479
- Singapore £499
- Tokyo £585
- Xi’an £429
With a relativity low spread (with the lowest being £429, the highest being £585 to Tokyo), there are some long distance bargains to be had for those who want to go to Asia on a budget.
You’ll need to book by 15th January 2015 to take advantage of these prices, departing from a UK served airport, and connect via Helsinki.
For those of you who are considering crediting these flights to British Airways Executive Club – this is very good news as it’s free extra Tier Points between the UK and Helsinki, plus the points from Helsinki to the destination of your choice.
Might be time to do some shopping….
