American Airlines seem determined to make their Dallas Fort Worth hub work as a base towards Asia with routes being unveiled. The newest route to join the network is to Beijing Capital Airport, which was granted the right to operate the route.

It’s a useful route boost, and will be operated in cooperation with Japan Airlines on the route. Currently, American Airlines operates routes from its fortress hub at Dallas Fort-Worth to Beijing, Hong Kong, Seoul, Shanghai and Tokyo.

More options are always welcome.
