Publicity shy airline Ryanair has released a statement about its so-called plans about operating Transatlantic services.

The statement says:
In the light of recent press coverage, the Board of Ryanair Holdings Plc wishes to clarify that it has not considered or approved any transatlantic project and does not intend to do so.
Well. If you didn’t expect that… you obviously are new to the Ryanair press machine.
Still at least they’re not talking about stand-up sections in planes, coin operated toilets, and all the things that Ryanair are famous for.
However, for an unbiased view on a Ryanair flight, check out my trip report segment. Depending how long you’re stuck aboard one of their Boeing 737-800s they’re not that bad.
Although, the htought of one of those across the pond does send a chill down my spine.
