Whilst Aer Lingus is in the process of being purchased by IAG, it still has the business of running an airline – with Irish flag carrier announcing it’s next destination of Liverpool in the United Kingdom.

The service will be run as a full service by Aer Lingus (as opposed to an Aer Lingus Regional service operated by Stobart Air).
The airline will operate 16 times a week between two cities for the sub-45 minute flight in three different flight pairs:
EI192 DEPART DUB 07:15 ARRIVE LPL 0805 EI194 DEPART DUB 14:15 ARRIVE LPL 1500 EI198 DEPART DUB 18:15 ARRIVE LPL 1905 EI193 DEPART LPL 08:40 ARRIVE DUB 093 EI195 DEPART LPL 15:35 ARRIVE DUB 1620 EI199 DEPART LPL 19:40 ARRIVE DUB 2035 EI192/EI193 operates Monday through Saturday EI194/EI195 operates Thursday, Friday and Sunday only EI198/EI199 operates Daily Booked Equipment: Airbus A320 Data: Airlineroute
Aer Lingus will contest the Dublin- Liverpool route with Ryanair who operate services on this route three times a day.
Whilst this route fills in another hole in the Aer Lingus network, it’s providing more connectivity to Aer Lingus’s long haul routes.
For passengers, it’s more choice – which is never a bad thing.

What’s the difference between ‘operates Monday through Sunday’ and ‘operates Daily’? Something to do with “Eight Days a Week”?
EI192/EI193 operates Monday through Sunday
EI198/EI199 operates Daily
