As it’s coming up to Fathers Day in the United Kingdom, no doubt some of you will be looking for gifts. Tesco it seems offering up some deals on iTunes and Google Play vouchers – with 15% off the range.
This makes a change for Tesco who are offering discounts on the Google Play cards -normally offers are only made on the iTunes gift cards.
This is valid on the following cards in-store and through the mail order outlet:
- iTunes £15 – £12.75
- iTunes £25 – £21.25
- iTunes £50 – £42.50
- iTunes £100 – £85
- Google Play £10 – £8.50
- Google Play £25 – £21.25
- Google Play £50 – £42.50
The offer ends on the 21st June.
For those of you collecting Tesco Clubcard points, this offer as usual is stackable with the “Spend £50, get 150 ClubCard points” offer.
There are ways to get the £50 spend (eg 2 x Google Play £25 voucher and 1 £10 voucher, 2 x £25 iTunes voucher and 1 £15 voucher), which you can fiddle with to your hearts content (of course, you could buy other £10 vouchers like Starbucks voucher, Costa coffee voucher, etc etc etc).
For those looking to top up their iTunes/Google Play balances or shock buy a Fathers Day gift, these aren’t bad options.
I think there are better ways of saying “Happy Fathers Day” than a voucher though – especially if your father is an #AVGeek too…
