Paris Air Show Day 2 – The orders keep rolling in…

16/06/2015 by Kevincm

As we head into day 3 of the Paris Air Show, here’s what has been filling in the order books on day 2:

Korean Air created a big split order with the Korean flag carrier ordering 30 Airbus A321neos with options for an additional 20 aircraft – and pretty much at the same time ordering 30 737 MAX aircraft with options for 20 more – along with an order for two additional Boeing 777-300ER

Meanwhile, Airbus scored a few more orders from Asia, with EVA Air intending to add four more A330-300 aircraft to its fleet (no signs if Hello Kitty will be painted on these planes).

Peach Aviation will also join the party with orders for 3 more Airbus A320s

Ruili Airlines currently operate 737-700s and 737-800 – a total of five aircraft. The new aircraft will be used to expand services.Aer Cap (a lessor) put its name down for 100 Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft. These aircraft will be placed with other airlines, and thus never carry the livery below.AerCap
