Thai Airways reintroduce double daily service between Bangkok and London/Frankfurt

09/07/2015 by Kevincm

Thai Airways recently took their Bangkok to London Heathrow and Bangkok to Frankfurt services down to once daily.

Well it seems that experiment is ending as they are re-deploying two planes a day back to London Heathrow and Frankfurt am Main, with Thai Airways adding an extra Boeing 777-300ER on each route.

Thai Airways equipment swaps have been notorious in the past, swapping planes at lesuire, and cutting and increasing routes at leisure. Not much is changing here – with the airline discovering one plane a day isn’t enough to carry its passengers.

Still – it gives passengers more choice in routes and times – which is always welcome to see.
