It’s Sunday again, and it is time for some more airplane art.
This week – on final approach to Frankfurt-am-Main Airport is a Lufthansa Airbus A320 (with sharklets)
Lufthansa operate a fleet of 51 Airbus A320 aircraft – with 28 more on order.
As well as operating A320s, Lufthansa operate a fleet or A319s and A321 aircraft which service their European and Mid-haul routes – a total of 145 aircraft, with orders for 101 Airbus A320neo family aircraft (A320neo and A321neo).
And as for the Sharklets – they help with fuel economy, with a fuel economy improvement of 4% overall.
