Iberia has launched a new promotion – offering 15% off the fare component of its flights:
The voucher is valid both from Europe to the USA, and USA to Europe
You will need to uses one of the following codes depending where you are:
- AMERICAUS
- AMERICAGB
- AMERICARU
- AMERICANL
With these codes, you can discount the airfare component of your ticket.
The discount is valid in both economy and business classes.
However, there are some things to note:
- Valid on Iberia, Iberia Regional and Air Nostrum.
- Not valid on flights coded as IB4XXX, IB5XXX, and IB7XXX, or on air shuttle flights.
- Purchase by 21st April 2016
- Fly between From 15th April to 30th June 2016,with the last return flight on the 30th June 2016.
- Discount of 15% is on the air-fare element only. Taxes are non-discountable.
- Valid on single and return tickets. Not valid on open-jaw, No stop-overs allowed.
So, the usual restrictions apply when booking tickets with this discount. However, as we enter the peak season of travel between Europe and the USA, every penny you can save is a good thing – and promotions like this are always welcome.
The addition welcome thing is, that you will earn Avios and Tier Points too – which can be used to redeem flights and progress through the membership of frequent flyer programmes.
For those looking to save a few extra pennies in the run-up to the summer season – this could be a useful money saver (especially at the premium end of the market).
